The FSI SSL Store™ always wants you to be completely satisfied when it comes to the SSL certificates and web security solutions we provide. If you're considering a refund or cancellation and feel you may need help, you can always discuss your options via support@franksystem.shop or by contacting our Customer Experience Team via phone at or by Live Chat prior to your cancellation.

Our experts can solve your SSL related problem, walk you through the entire SSL process, or help clear up any confusion to get you the certificate you really need.

In the event that a certificate was purchased for fraudulent use, the purchaser forfeits the right to a refund/exchange and the SSL Certificate or web security product will get immediately canceled/rejected/revoked.

Limitations: The 7 Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to the purchase of subscription products, additional SANs (Subject Alternative Names) due to certain CA limitations, or to fees associated with the purchase and shipping of hardware tokens within an order. Pertaining to subscription products – subject to the terms of your agreement, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the subscription service through the end of your billing period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods.

For Resellers:

The FSI SSL Store™ Reseller program automatically processes cancellation requests to store credit for any eligible requests within 30 days of purchase. This credit is the most convenient option since future orders are imminent and store credit refunds are immediate. To submit a cancellation request, locate the order in question and click Cancel from the Manage Order page in your control panel.

For Enterprise :

The FSI SSL Store™ includes a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on products from all brands. In the event you are not satisfied with the product and/or the service did not meet your expectations, The FSI SSL Store™ will issue a full refund to store credit (immediate) or back to your original payment method (up to 72 hours) as requested.

Please be advised, Online credit can be processed instantly, but a refund typically takes 48-72 hours to process.

Note: We cannot refund the Tax amount back to you because Tax collected for the purchase has been deposited to the Government. You can claim the Tax Refund from direct Government Tax department.
